Rendezvous prides itself on its carefully chosen boutique selection of wines that are showcased in a unique wine cellar at the entrance to the dining rooms. The custom-made dual temperature-controlled cellar holds over 800 bottles of wine. Our main focus is on American viticultural areas in California, Washington and Oregon, as well as producers from Canada, Chile, Argentina, South Africa, Australia and New Zealand. Wines were specifically chosen to complement the New American Cuisine dishes with bison, sea bass, venison, salmon and guinea hen, developed by Chef Peter Arachovitis. Rendezvous' Wine Program will continually evolve towards our guests interests. We rely upon your feedback and appreciate your comments.
